Just checked with the nurses and Garrett is still in surgery. No word on why, but may be just that Jerran’s kidney had two arteries attached and there’s some extra work they had to do to route it into a single artery.
Jerran is back in his room. Can’t figure out how to post video here but in recovery he said he felt like somebody stabbed him in the gut. But that magic pain med button is doing the trick.
